    Pelico's operations management platform gives factory teams the agility and resilience to quickly respond to any supply chain disruptions, and act fast to mitigate their impact. With the platform, factory teams align on a single source of truth to anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize corrective actions, speed up cross-functional collaboration, and simulate alternative production and repair scenarios.

      

    Joining our engineering team at Pelico, you will be a key player in designing, building, and securing our cloud-based platform. Your focus as part of the Development, Security & Operations team will be to enhance our security posture while ensuring the scalability and resiliency of our solutions across various cloud environments like Azure, AWS and OVH.

    Main tools that we use : Azure, AWS, gcloud, OVH, Ansible, Jenkins, python, bash …

     

    What you'll do & learn📖

    • Strengthen and maintain the security of IT services ensuring alignment with compliance standards such as ISO27001 and SOC2 .
    • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediate findings and ensure continuous compliance with industry standards.
    • Develop automated tools for continuous security monitoring.
    • Resolve security incidents in production environments.
    • Collaborate in an agile manner with Backend Developers, Data SW Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Educate the team on security best practices and guidelines and compliance requirements.
    • Help with customer’s security questionnaires.

    What you embody 🎯

    • Graduated from Engineering school with a extensive experience in Devops.
    • Track records in building from scratch DevSecOps strategy & delivery
    • Business background associated to a hands-on experience gained in fast-paced environment ( start-up / strategy consulting / VC Fund...)
    • Keep cool in any situation, good pressure management
    • Empathy, diplomacy and a yet of self-confidence to drive projects
    • Impact & ROI oriented on your way of working and on the way your federate people
    • Team player and comfortable working with others
    • Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
    • Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
    • Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
