We are looking for a passionate, engaging and driven People Operations Specialist to join our growing People Team. The People Operations Specialist will work closely with leaders, Payroll and Talent Acquisition, to support our employees and their journey in Europe from an operational perspective. The People Operations Specialist processes all life-cycle and organizational changes for our employees, including process mapping and optimization, HR systems, on-boarding etc.
• Responsible for Onboarding Administration, New Hire Employee Experience, Processing of day-to-day Employee Lifecycle Changes and Immigration Facilitation (where applicable)
• Provides day to day People Operations support within all the European regions (Employee/Manager, Ticket Management)
• Conducts employment verification processes and other aspects of background screening process
• Establishes and maintains processes and workflow in e-vault (PeopleConnect)
• Coordinates and plans all aspects of UltiExcellence Europe with Talent teams in the US
• Maps, oversees and improves operational processes in administration and throughout the employee lifecycle. Takes initiative to identify gaps in the way we do things and re-design our existing processes and fix pain points through automation
• Able to gain a deep understanding of how the business operates and apply that knowledge to all aspects of people-related strategy, programs, and practices; lead with the business
• HR Systems – Responsible for ensuring system efficiency and data integrity and on-boarding or decommissioning of all new or obsolete systems across the department
• Applies skills in business process analysis, requirements definition, testing, documentation, training, user adoption and change management
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose process challenges and design effective solutions
• Supports HR Policy development and maintenance
• Runs reports to display metrics/dashboards (e.g., New Hires, PTO, Turnover, Succession, Performance, Compensation, etc.)
• Conducts regular employee data audits (legal requirements)
• Responsible for data management, compliance and legal inquiries, as needed


Profil recherché

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field is required
5+ years of general HR operations experience or HR generalist experience
Proactive and able to organise and prioritise with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
Been part of a company that has operated in multiple locations (ideally including globally distributed and remote workforce)
Strong analytical capabilities
Have been involved in rolling out a shared services model
High attention to detail, very systematic
French, English, German (preferred), Spanish (preferred)
