You will be responsible for the organization and daily management of the operation team.
You will participate in the improvement of the various processes and will be the guarantor of their application and optimization.

What you’ll be doing
Your team is a 20 people, fast growing, key part of Shine’s operations, managing on a day to day basis :

  • KYC checks
  • Fraud management
  • Customer support for banking ops
  • Company creations

You will be in charge of supporting its growth, by training and inspiring people to provide the amazing service expected by our customers and prospects.

The role could evolve to cover Shine’s operations abroad, following our growth.

Profil recherché

Skills we are looking for :

  • Great team management, helping each member of your team to give their best in their role. Infuse passion and never settle for a shortcut.
  • Ability to help the growth team, by participating in the identification of the best profiles to join Shine, managing onboarding and forecasting the needs ahead of the volumes announced
  • Ability to provide our customers with the best service imaginable, while working in an constraint, regulated environment
  • Organization and ability to build and diffuse processes is a must
  • Never settle on a definite solution, as we’re always looking to improve our process
  • You’re not afraid to help your team by being hands-on

4 - 10 years of experience in team management and operations, ideally in a service industry.

Banking / financial services experience not required but valued.

Fluent english mandatory.
