🛍 About the role

We’re searching for our Growth Operations Manager that will focus on lead generation and growth, with the main objective to build a growth outbound machine.

As the company expands, our GTM team is actively exploring various strategies and new approaches to enhance acquisition processes through growth automation and experimentation. Now more than ever, we require a dedicated profile that will take ownership of this responsibility and empower the team to think creatively and push the boundaries of conventional methods.

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Implement targeting and enrichment workflows on accounts, contacts and intents

  • Improve sales performance by simplifying and/or automating part of the sales process

  • Build and test automated stand alone revenue stream with the GTM team

  • Maria, our Sales enablement manager

  • Thomas, our RevOps specialist

We’re actively hiring our Ops leader to represent the team in the ExCom and provide clear vision and direction for the Ops department.

Profil recherché

You could be a good fit if you have:

  • Growth savvy: you have a comprehensive understanding of growth-oriented roles (3 to 5 years), particularly within the SaaS and/or B2B markets.

  • Tech & low code proficiency: you excel in leveraging technology and low-code solutions to build technical workflows and/or conduct experiments effectively on your own.

  • Problem-solving skills: you know how to break down complex issues into manageable steps and taking decisive actions to navigate challenges and drive progress. This involves carefully planning and executing relevant scenarios or experiments to achieve optimal outcomes.

  • Curious and creative skills: you have a forward-thinking mindset, adept at thinking outside the box to grasp and connect diverse ideas and concepts. You have this ability to push for original and new approaches to develop new revenue streams.

  • Test and result-driven mindset: you possess a “get things done” mindset and are willing to roll up your sleeves to achieve results.
