mission

  • Build a solid and sustainable environment that will allow you to become the true pivot of trust that customers in your portfolio can rely on with their eyes closed.
  • Being the key success factor, who through his actions will bring his client to the level of satisfaction expected.
  • Accompany customers in their growth and be proactive in terms of operational strategies to be deployed in order to increase their revenues, particularly through the increase of the conversion rate..
  • To be able to detect and win additional sales opportunities (“upsell”) in order to establish a win-win relationship.
  • Being the one who will know how to build and maintain strong relationships with his clients with a primary goal of retention.

Stack Customer Success : MySql workbench, Kibana, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence


Profil recherché

  • Experience in a SAAS start-up
  • « Team player »
  • Knowledge in SQL would be appreciated
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Perfect command of spelling, grammar and French conjugation
  • Customer contact and great interest in accompaniment and advice
  • Fluency in oral and written English,
