Descriptif du poste

As a member of the Client Data Delivery team, your main responsibilities are to onboard new clients into Square Sense’s data platform and to ensure the quality of the client data.

You will work with our partners and clients to analyze and interpret the information about buildings and IoT (floor plans, electricity and utility plans, IoT installation plans, rental reports, financial reports, etc.), integrate it into the Square Sense data platform and configure our software, and ensure its correct use by the end-user applications.

You will work with our software development and product teams to follow up on eventual incidents and improve the onboarding process.

This is a hands-on role where you will use various tools (SQL, Excel, custom command-line tools, internal data entry systems) and will be in charge of the execution of the client onboarding, incident resolution processes, and related communication.

Your main missions will be:

  • Analyze and interpret technical and business documents (e.g., building plans, financial reports), extract consistent and robust data, and enter it into a data warehouse using various internal tools.

  • Configure the data processing systems to integrate new building and IoT data.

  • Identify the opportunities to improve and scale the data onboarding process.

  • Monitor the quality of the data resulting from the configured systems.

  • Investigate and resolve data quality incidents and other client incidents.

  • Develop ad-hoc reports according to client needs and requirements.

  • Collaborate with real-estate asset managers, product managers, and software developers (within the company, and with partners) in the context of the above missions.


Profil recherché

Education requirements:

  • Enrolled in a master’s program in a quantitative discipline

Skills requirements:

  • Experience with relational databases and SQL

  • Experience with data analysis programming languages (e.g., Python, R)

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker)

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing and validating results

  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and perseverance

  • Strong task management skills

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Written and spoken fluency in English (any other European language is a plus)

The following skills are a plus:

  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Experience with client support and incident management.

  • Practical experience in the administration of information systems

  • Understanding of IoT systems
