We are looking for an HR Manager to build an amazing team!

Missions

Talent acquisition

  • Adjust the hiring plan with the founders.
  • Write and publish job descriptions.
  • Manage recruitment platforms.
  • Fine-tune the hiring process.
  • Search, identify, and convince the best candidates.

Employer brand

  • Promote our values.
  • Reinforce our culture, both internally and externally.
  • Build a strong, unique, and well-known employer brand.

Training and development

  • Improve the onboarding process.
  • Identify and implement training and coaching needs.
  • Contribute to the company handbook.
  • Identify career plans and setup actions accordingly.
  • Ensure a professional offboarding.

  • Take care of the team happiness.
  • Make sure the internal communication is fluid (goals, achievements, etc.).

HR Administration

  • Manage employees contracts and legal stuff.
  • Be behind our payroll management platform, Payfit, taking care of payroll duties, employee absences, and holidays.
  • Ensure everyone has all the equipment needed.

Profil recherché

  1. Experience as a HR Manager or Head of Talents in other startups.
  2. You love finding and convincing both technical and non-technical talents.
  3. You aim motivating and building great teams.
  4. You are fluent in English.
  5. You have excellent communication skills (empathy, listening).
  6. You always keep improving yourself.
  7. You share our values and work in accordance with those values.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Call with our CEO in order to get to know each other better and explain your upcoming tasks.
  2. In person meeting at our office.
