After many years working as a freelancer (Zalando, Checkout.com, OuiWill), Pierre co-founded Strapi with Aurélien and Jim, when they were at school. Frustrated by the lack of open source, Node.js based, headless CMS, they decided to create their own and to make it available to everyone. He is also a passionated windsurfer.

Node.js expert, Jim has been working for several startups as a freelancer. Co-founder and CTO, he manages the developers community (issues, pull-requests, etc.) and develops many internal tools. When not coding, you can find him climbing at Arkose.

After engineering studies, Cyril decided to specialize in web development through a bootcamp named LeWagon. Today, he manages the entire front-end part of Strapi, which intensively uses React.
