Descriptif du poste
- Responsible for drafting all employment contracts, addenda and other adhoc employee documentation
- Maintain employee files on a global scale
- Respond to employee queries via the shared inbox
- Complete all compliance processes in all three countries ( Spain month end, France immigration formalities, etc..)
- Follow up on trial periods
- Liaise with benefits providers for enrolment and cancellations
- Handle leave queries and maintain the leave system
- Work closely with finance/payroll and transmit all monthly variables for payroll
- Assist the HR Director in HRIS implementation and drafting of local and global processes
- Run reports on key figures pertaining to HR
Profil recherché
- At least 2 years experience in an HR generalist function (internship/apprenticeship included)
- Possess a hands-on mentality, ready to take the challenge of structuring the activity and allowing a pioneer business to quickly scale across different markets.
- Excited by the start-up culture and development
- Masters in HR
- Passion for Food
