Reporting into the Global Brand Proposition Lead, the Global Brand Proposition Manager will be responsible for exploration and development of global proposition across all markets and making sure it is delivered in line with insights and research. A first-class collaborator based in London, you will be working across multiple teams at Trainline to create and execute propositions that are in support of customer and market insight and the business and commercial team’s initiatives and OKRs.
Responsibilities
Insights: Adopt insight and data led approach to proposition development, and continually review to ensure it meets customers’ needs
Organize insights and data across our UX Research, Data Science and Brand Insights teams to understand our customer segments and develop hypothesis on our propositions
Lead brief alongside Head of Brand Insights on any insight and knowledge gaps needed to develop proposition
Analyze and research external market and competitors to bring in innovative ideas for future proposition development
Work with Country Managers and local specialist teams to understand the market and customer challenges, the value we provide and create competitive and compelling solutions
Development & Testing: build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to develop and test propositions
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to develop roadmap on proposition development within Product
Collaborate with local Senior Brand Managers to develop testing and proposition messaging roadmap within Brand and Marketing channels
Define proposition success measurement framework and reporting to share results with stakeholders
Apply behavioural science tactics and learnings to design hypothesis to test
Proposition Delivery & Execution: ensure and be a guardian of proposition going into market
Develop guidelines and guardrails with Senior Brand Managers, Content Studio and Growth team to execute proposition in Brand marketing
Internal communication of proposition to ensure buy-in and consistent understanding across organization
Measure and track the product and marketing impressions that the proposition is impacting
Have a curious mindset and explore difficult problems with energy and enthusiasm
Experience working in a tech related industry, comfortable with the fast-paced nature of the business
Confident managing multiple stakeholders, providing clear communication, direction, and support
Organization comes naturally to you, and you will have experience managing proposition development and delivery
Strong analytical skills; able to develop hypotheses, insight briefs and interpret data to aid decision making
Experience managing external partners and agencies
Comfortable communicating to senior management
Experience juggling multiple projects and balancing priorities
Strong familiarity with both brand and performance KPIs
Experience working in Global teams, across markets is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
