Descriptif du poste

As part of the Spanish Operations Team and first hire in Barcelona, you are responsible for the successful opening and management of our current residences in Barcelona.

This is a position for an entrepreneurial mind, with strong project management skills, capable of coordinating a wide variety of tasks and prioritizing his or her work on a daily basis.

It is an autonomous position, but not a solitary one: you work with different Headquarter teams.

  • Operations: welcome new tenants, solve their problems, identify and manage external providers for property management and tenant services, and guarantee a good tenant satisfaction in our residences

  • Community Development: engage the residents in person and through the community app; create events & networking to facilitate and create links between residents

  • Customer acquisition & sales: support locally our sales team to generate and convert leads, carry out market analysis and do on-site visits

  • Marketing: support the marketing team to create content about the local experience

  • Become our Barcelona expert: work with the real estate business development team on projects of future residences

You will be based in Barcelona and  you will work with:

  • Our Head of Operations based in Madrid, who will be your manager

  • Our Spanish Property Manager based in Madrid

  • The centralized Sales, Marketing, and Community  team based in Madrid

  • Our Real Estate Business Development team based in Madrid, to help shape future residences


Profil recherché

We are looking for team players, with a very strong team spirit. 💪For now, you will be the only team representation in Barcelona, but we will need you to work very closely with our teams in Paris and Madrid, who will support you all the way.

Motivation, autonomy, initiative and a get-things-done mentality are key elements for us!

What we are looking for: 

  • You possess a Hospitality Management degree or similar 

  • You have +2 years’ experience, ideally  in real estate or hospitality management

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are enthusiastic and motivated, at work and in your personal life

  • You have complete fluency in French and English. Spanish language is a plus

  • You have experience in event organization and partnership management

  • You are autonomous and resourceful, and you want to work on the ground

  • You are empathic, positive and enthusiastic

  • You are a doer, have a practical mind and are pragmatic in your search for solutions

  • You are capable of creating valuable content for social media

  • You currently live in Barcelona and love this city! 

  • You are flexible: event organization may include up to one evening per week and one weekend day per month
