About the role
Vestiaire Collective is seeking a talented and motivated PR & Marketing Manager Intern to join the team based in Paris. Reporting into the Senior Marketing and PR Manager, you will be tasked with supporting the overall Southern Europe marketing strategy for Vestiaire Collective, working closely with internal teams and also relevant local agencies/partners to create an engaging member experience and drive business results.

What you’ll do

• Support marketing & PR strategy to further brand awareness and reach
• Provide strategic support to the Senior Marketing and PR Manager
• Support and coordinate all local marketing events
• Develop press coverage, press release, analyse, collect and organize the clippings and support the day by day operative work
• Assist compelling campaigns to increase traffic to vestiairecollective.com and drive conversion (sharing local insights with the Global Brand and Growth team in Paris HQ)
• Work closely with relevant teams in Paris HQ to ensure messaging on all marketing materials are consistent and in-line with brand guidelines
• Ensure copywriting adheres to the brand ‘tone of voice’ guidelines, for a variety of uses across all marketing and media channels and to promote the brand generally
• Ensure that Vestiaire Collective as a brand is represented correctly and consistently across all target media

Who you are

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Highly engaged in the fashion world; continually up on news and happenings in the industry
• Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Italian fashion market
• Demonstrated experience working with cross functional partners internally and externally
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to manage complex organization and to work simultaneously with multiple teams in different geographic zones
• Detail oriented, organized and flourishes when multitasking
• Proactive/ High-degree of initiative. A hands-on collaborative style of working is a must!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate should be enthusiastic, articulate, poised and professional
• Must be fluent in English. Spanish or Italian is a plus
• Position based in Paris
