About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Manager based in our HQs of Paris for a duration of 6 months to cover a maternity leave. During this period You will be  who’s keen on helping a growing international company scale with efficiency and managing a team of 3 talent recruiters. The Talent Manager supports all our departments (marketing, operation, product, B2C,…) and is responsible for a hiring strategy and for full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate pipeline and boosting our tech and fashion employer branding.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage a team of 3 autonomous talent recruiters
  • Execute the annual recruitment plan, in collaboration with Finance and the HR team
  • Develop and promote an innovative recruitment policy
  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop talent acquisition strategy by creating a trustworthy relationship with the teams
  • Define and supervise the recruitment process: preselect the best candidates, manage interviews, coordinate hiring decisions and ensure compliance with the validation process
  • Publish jobs opportunity on our career page and on all relevant job boards
  • Source active and passive candidates from specialized job boards and social platforms
  • Strengthen an effective hiring process thanks to our ATS (screening, phone and in-house interviews…) and new hiring tools
  • Improve and ensure an amazing candidate experience, with a fluent communication and qualitative answers
  • Improve and provide weekly and monthly report on your recruitment activity
  • Coordinate internal mobility with the HR team and managers
  • Develop and boost our employer branding by participating in conferences, meetups, schools events,…

Profil recherché

Who you are

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally from a mix of internal and agency field and at least 2 years of management experience
  • Great knowledge of the fashion environment and understanding of the competitive landscape for digital talents
  • Innovative searching methods and familiarity with relevant tools and internal  programs (ATS, referral programs, job boards, Linkedin,…)
  • Smooth communication and great writing skills
  • Fluent in English and in French.
  • Last but not least, you know how to work into a fast-paced environment, you have strong organization skills and most of all, a positive team spirit.
