By joining our Customer Support Team, you will be part of a fun & international team, dedicated to support and communicate between each other. As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Virtuo to provide the « wow » experience that customers are waiting for.
You will be in contact with different customer profiles and you will have a centric role. On a daily basis, you will be supporting Virtuo’s customers on the phone or by chat.

Since we don’t have an agency to receive customers, we are their only point of contact … imagine, how important your role will be ! We’ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your technical expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs.
