You will take the lead of a team of highly talented developers, artists and coordinators at the center of a vast network of external providers. Your mission is to drive the growth of our games and apps with engaging playable ads and interactive end cards.
Making data-driven decisions to allocate resources to the most important parts of our portfolio to maximize ROI.Pushing creative boundaries to continually engage potential players and place new top playable ads. You lead benchmarking, brainstorming, iteration, etc.Recruiting, organizing, and coaching your team to improve talent density.Working with data teams to identify the right KPIs, improve dashboards, and make better decisions.Being a trusted creative counterpart to UA, publishing, and other internal stakeholders.Coordinating with our product teams to improve our internal playables’ platform and surveying 3rd party tools and technologies to identify promising opportunities.Profile
5+ years of creative experience in performance marketing3+ years of experience and a proven track record of high performance with playable adsCreative problem solver, risk-takerSuccessful track record of managing teams and driving high impact projects autonomouslyHighly comfortable with analytics: full Excel proficiency and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau required, working SQL knowledge is a plusTechnical background (HTML5 development, design, statistics/ data science, etc.) is a plusFluent in English (written and spoken)
