WE FUNCTION

As a Digital Learning Specialist you will mainly cover the following tasks

• Definition of the Learning Strategy together with the Management
• Project management of the Learning Strategy
• Conception and production of learning content (in collaboration with the other teams) and makes it pleasant to read/listen
• Updating the learning content
• Advising on the best digital learning solutions (UX Design, UI and innovative learning solutions)
• Development of new collaborations with internal and external partners for learning purposes
• Trainees success management
• Organise some Workshops
• Evaluation of learning solutions + researching and implementing new solutions
• Reporting on learning engagement and success, and refining the strategy where necessary
