Since 4 years, Welcome to the Jungle develops itself as a media on work-related topics; our content strategy (videos, articles, podcasts, events) is core for our traffic acquisition. To support the development of our audience, we are looking for an international acquisition manager to join our global content team.

You will work both on traffic acquisition and candidate acquisition scaling our marketing campaigns on social networks and AdWords to improve our conversion rates (traffic, new candidate accounts,…)

Here are the different missions:

  • Overall traffic acquisition strategy of all of our French and English websites & media, as well as other countries with the support of our local teams. We are currently based in Spain and Czech Republic.

  • Acquisition levers: Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, social advertising, e-mailing, affiliation…You will monitor current processes and input improvements where required.

  • Reporting: you will own the reporting of our audience’s growth using Google Analytics and Metabase.

  • Project management: you will work closely with our Content, Product, Data and Creative teams on your different projects

With a perfect understanding of Welcome to the Jungle’s positioning and content strategy, you will be a key actor in our growth and international development.


Profil recherché

At Welcome to the Jungle, every profile is different. We are looking for someone with:

  • 5 years experience as digital acquisition manager, traffic manager or digital marketing specialist
  • A versatile online marketing profile : Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, social advertising, e-mailing, affiliation, partnerships…
  • Strong analytical skills: perfect command of Google Analytics and clear understanding on how to share data and analytics inside the company
  • Project management skills : budgeting, scaling, managing deadlines on your own
  • Appreciation for digital content & online media

You are fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus.
