Synology France is looking for a motivated candidate to join us as an Enterprise Key Account Manager. You will work with top-level accounts, including large companies, CAC 40 members and key distribution partners and system integrators.
This position is attached to our FR subsidiary, located in Paris La Défense. The FR subsidiary manages multiple regions, including France, Africa, Iberia, Benelux, Italy and Greece.
This position will report to the France & Africa team.
Responsibilities:
Develop new growth drivers for your assigned accounts to reach revenue expectations
Manage of portfolio of existing partners and companies, including large accounts and CAC 40 members
Develop sales for assigned accounts through close relationships, virtual meetings and physical visits
Find and prospect new accounts to grow your sales pipeline, including CAC 40 accounts
Support assigned accounts in project management & pricing negotiation
Setup, manage and report on marketing & sales campaigns with assigned accounts
Participation in Synology’s events and activities
Analyze sales figures and create strategic plans to grow sales
Other duties as assigned
Essential skills and experience:
At least 5 years of experience in account management for large accounts
Good presentation skills & ability to present at all levels, including C-level executives
Fluency in French and business-level English
Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
Creativity, organization, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work independently, think critically, and be proactive
Ability to work in an international team
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications:
Existing network of large accounts in the IT industry
Previous experience working with CAC 40 companies
Strong knowledge of technology in general
Previous experience with Synology products (as a personal user or in a company)
Knowledge of advanced analytics tools (Excel VBA, Power BI, Microsoft Access…)
