co-development initiatives, job rotation programs, cutting-edge learning technologies. Join our Human Resources team as a Training Manager and play a pivotal role in this exciting journey!

Responsibilities:

- Architect a comprehensive training strategy aligned with our ambitious business goals and evolving talent needs.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify specific training requirements for each role.
- Design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs (workshops, seminars, e-learning modules) in various formats: in-person, online, blended.
- Stay ahead of the curve by embracing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Measure the effectiveness of programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve the user experience based on these insights.
- Manage the training budget, resources, and vendors efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate reports to track progress and impact on employee performance and organizational objectives.
- Guide and support both internal trainers and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning by promoting the value of training and fostering ongoing skill development.
- Collaborate closely with HR and talent management teams to integrate training with other initiatives like performance management, succession planning, and career development.


Profil recherché

Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably within the technology industry.

Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.

Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills to captivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other relevant training technologies.

Training and development certifications are a plus.

Fluency in French and English.
