“Alone you go fast, together we go further”

We practice Agile, we do sprints, we deploy to production daily, we perform retrospectives and we continuously pair-review our code. Recently, our tech team organization evolved into Squads teams. This helps us improve our productivity by focusing on key subjects and making our own decisions.

Trust in one another is the key to success, along with commitment and transparency.
