More precisely, we are looking for a Data Analyst to lead the Data team! If statistics and benchmarks are your friend, if you want to be the one who uncover the secrets behind people engagement, then you are in the right place!

What’s expected of you

Data project manager skills

• lead impactful data projects matching Supermood strategy
• collaborate transversally with other BUs to achieve global data goals
• communicate around the progress on a regular basis
• share your knowledge to help Mooders understand data’s impact

Data management skills

• help design the best technical solution to address a specific data problem
• ensure high quality and continuous provisionment of the data

Data analysis skills

• help define relevant indicators for the business
• develop dashboards and reports
• dive into the data to explain possible singularities

What we think is a Superfit

You have a Master of Science in computer engineering or similar
You have excellent programming and databases knowledge
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
You have demonstrated your impact on business during past experiences
You are determined, curious and have good communication skills
You want to make people more engaged at work! We have strong values, and we want people around us to care about the mission

• present one of your previous realization (at-home preparation) - technical review in front of the Tech Team + questions
