Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Machine Learning Team Leader to oversee a team of 4-6 highly qualified engineers. The primary focus of this role is to lead the implementation of the latest advances in machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to reason, mine and interpret multi-modal clinical data and develop advanced solutions facilitation offering to patients the best possible treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 highly qualified engineers in the development and deployment of machine learning models for healthcare applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, clinicians, and software engineers to drive the implementation of machine learning solutions.

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of machine learning algorithms for treatment implementation and prognosis.

• Define project goals, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and healthcare technology, and incorporate innovative approaches into project development.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.

• Proven experience in leading machine learning projects, preferably in the healthcare domain.

• Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms.

• Experience with multi-modal healthcare data is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under tight deadlines.
