As Team Leader at AB Tasty, your 2 main missions will be:

Be the developer manager of your feature team. A feature team is an agile and autonomous team, of about 6 people, with all the necessary skills for the development of new functionalities: front-end developers, back-developer, UX Designer, Product owner

Participate in the improvement of the product, as developer (js or php according to your skills)

What you will do:

• You are the direct manager of the developers of the team
• You are the representative of the team vis-à-vis other stakeholders (other teams tech, product, QA, …)
• You participate in the writing of the roadmap with the Product Owner
• You are the guarantor of the stability and the quality of the projects for which the team is responsible
• You write code of quality, efficient, reusable and documented
• You develop new features to meet the demands of the product team

What we are looking for:

• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a javascript developer (native and / or React) or a PHP Symfony developer
• You have management experience even on a small scale in your previous experiences
• You are used to working with a methodical, meticulous and rigorously
• You are able to “outside the box” while identifying problems and developing creative and innovative solutions
• You have a good level of English (spoken and written)
• You are able to handle multiple tasks in an environment where activities are happening at a fast pace
• You are passionate about what you do, this is why you perform a daily technological watch
• You are curious and motivated to participate in the great AB Tasty adventure
