What you will do

• Processing of all the current accounting operations (entering receipts and supplier deadlines, etc.)
• Treatment of all the accounting transactions for the French and American entity
• Cash Monitoring and Analysis (Bank Reconciliations)
• Balance sheet integrity & monthly reconciliation
• Ensure the proper accounting of expenses, products and invoices
• Follow-up and completion of the accounting month end closing including calculation of payroll accruals, unbilled AP, deferred revenue, taxes and other accruals
• Preparation of tax declarations (VAT, tax deduction, CVAE, property tax declarations, IS tax packages, etc.) and various forms (INSEE request…)
• Preparation of financial data for the preparation of annual reports and periodic information documents
• Maintain accounting software data up to date
• Act as support for AR and billing team when necessary

• Degree in accounting + 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Previous experience working with an accounting software ideally Netsuite
• Analytical mindset, at ease with numbers
• Written proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to prioritise tasks
• Previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated
