We are looking for an amazing Senior Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team in Paris!

What you will do:

• Grow and nurture a portfolio of complex VIP customers
• Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
• Assist other CSMs in their day-to-day account management, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and help them create retention plans when needed
• Help structure a team that will triple in a year with solid processes and documentation

• 1-3 years experience working as a Customer Success for a SaaS company (preferrably in B2B)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
• Ability to lead and take initiatives in a fast-pace environment
• Fluent in English and French - Spanish or German would be a big plus
