To lead and develop the e-Trading & Data team, increasing trading automation and driving scalability, 

To be responsible for FX & listed derivatives asset classes execution across desks even if the single order execution is delegated to High Touch desks. 

To enhance overall trading performance by incorporating quantitative methods

·       To lead the development of the “Electronic Trading and Data” team

·       To participate in the wider global trading organization (TSFD) digitalization making traders more data oriented

·       To ensure a high level of execution performance and service to PMs across all asset classes and in particular for the FX and listed derivatives for which the team is responsible for ;

·       To oversee responsibility for all team members and their behaviour and performance;

·       To ensure all internal procedures and market regulations are adhered to;

·       To respond to all requests of Senior Management relating to their area of activity/expertise;

·       To ensure preparation of and attendance at regular meetings including chairing and presentation of quarterly (BECom), investment Meeting and others;

·       Take appropriate actions to mitigate / help mitigate the risks arising from the business activities placed under your responsibility;

·       Be a source of proposal and actively involved in operational efficiency improvement

To conduct comprehensive appraisals, set clear objectives and ensure adequate training and development of team members including hiring and resourcing.

Education/Qualifications

·       Professional qualification as required by Regulator

Experience

·       Likely to have a minimum of 10 years financial markets experience

·       Likely to have Management experience

Knowledge and Skills

·       Very High level of technical expertise in field of trading expertise

·       Articulate, strong at negotiating, good network of market contacts, high understanding of market regulation and practices

·       Strong focus on trading service to PMs and ability to resolve operational matters

·       Contribution to all Team discussions and participation in projects
