Job PurposeAs part of the Talent Attraction team focusing on the candidate experience, we are searching for a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant. The responsibilities will be to identify, attract and assess talents to fill existing and future job openings through external recruitment and internal mobility.

Key Accountabilities 

• Establish and maintain relationships with HRBPs and hiring managers to provide relevant recruitment advice and stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Identify the right sourcing strategy for each role including social media, referrals, alumni, specialist conferences, career site, job boards.
• Ensure a quality driven and compliant recruitment process, taking into account local legal aspects and company processes to interview, extend offer and onboard talents.
• Build a high level knowledge of external market understanding by establishing and maintaining direct contacts with professionals in the market, employment sources, agencies.
• Develop an exhaustive pipeline of external candidates ensuring a great candidate experience and a strong market network.
• Create a high level of knowledge of internal talents within AXA IM & AXA Group in order to effectively source internal candidates by building internal relationships with other entities and resourcing platforms to ensure this.

Experience 

• Master in business, Economy, Human Resources 
• Minimum 5 years of successful recruiting experience acquired in Finance/ Asset Management

• Motivation and ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints
• Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good team player and excellent communicator with ability to persuade and influence decision makers
• Attentive to detail, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of ATS tools and social media in recruitment
• Fluent in English
