We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Expert position in Bordeaux. So, if you’ve got a way with human resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you.You will be part of the People Experience team, within the People department. You will be our L&D Expert when it comes to upskill our dear Back Makers; whatever their job, whatever their needs (expertise, management, safety & security), whatever the format (external provider or tailor made training), wherever they are all over the world. 

You will be at the heart of the training offer for Back Makers: managing the overall Training & Learning Management Systems and putting your hands in the training content & design for tailor made trainings

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Training needs : from identification to implementation
  • - Build a strong training request process where every stakeholder well understands their role and how to proceed when it comes to a training for them or a third party (whatever the track: Individual Contributors, Managers, People Partners etc.)

    - Keep updated and enrich our existing training catalog. Challenge, negotiate and select handpicked external training providers by maintaining a high quality standard

    - Be the link between key stakeholders (People Partners, employees and managers, external providers and trainers, as well as public institutions) to identify and manage needs, priorities, and training requests, aligned with business goals and objectives

    - Take the ownership of the existing Simbel partnership (account management, contract negotiation, technical support for newbies, animation of the users community etc.)

    - Manage training logistics ; communicate proactively and frequently with participants and contribute to a positive learner experience

    - Invent new, fun, & unique ways to promote courses/learning opportunities to all employees

    - Manage relationships with official public funds (OPCO in France)

  • Tools, analytic & KPIs: from definition to explanation
  • - Define, track and monitor relevant L&D metrics, including reach, impact and budgetary KPIs

    - Ensure the training follow-up is up to date, follow the training budget and be able to provide overview at any time, mostly each quarter

    - Identify, upgrade and automate our tools to improve efficiency

    - Provide data, mainly by mastering the training dashboard, to internal stakeholders (legal, CSR team, managers or any other that would need this) when needed.

  • L&D design & content creation
  • - Create, create, create, and… create relevant, impactful and attractive training materials

    - Connect with internal and external experts to feed your materials and/or support them in their content creation

    - Frame, build and execute innovative learning strategies adapted to the specific local contexts of our different offices

    - Create, design and execute hybrid learning solutions and content (where relevant) segmented by employee audiences

    - Identify opportunities to transition learning offerings to digital format when appropriate.

  • You already experimented and launched a LMS and/or TMS. Using Canva, Genially, or other innovating & fun tools are big +
  • You are an expert in workplace education and employee development
  • You have worked in a fast-growing international environment
  • You have a deep understanding of the challenges a tech organization typically faces
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to present and speak with assertiveness and tact, while maintaining positive energy in English & in French
