The care team is the core of the company acting as the main link between new professionals on our platform and the establishment that utilize these professionals. Your role is to welcome new brigaders to the platform, solve businesses issues, find the best person for the mission, help facilitate our user experience on the platform by delivering a high level of customer service. Your ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations and to contribute a great experience to the brigaders that engage the platform.
The Care Team
The Care Team is at the center of Brigad’s operations and is the main contact point of our users. Their satisfaction is in our hands: listening, understanding and responsiveness are our best assets!
Our next challenge is internationalization and we are looking for someone who can bring this energy to our English users.
We handle two main projects:
The dispatch: make sure to staff the establishment with the best person according to its specificities
User satisfaction: make sure to respond quickly and efficiently to our users to ensure their satisfaction. Our first objective: Retention!
Missions description:
For this position, it’s not mandatory to live in Paris and to come in the office every week. The job can be done remotely.
