As a Manager, Sales Development at Colonies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by contacting and qualifying potential leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing the team that initiates contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the application process to one of our housing solutions. The primary goal of this role is to manage the team that converts leads into opportunities then actual tenants for our sales team, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. Maximize the qualification & conversion rate, while maintaining our SLA in lead treatment (contact a new lead within 24h). Incentive will be based on the number of valid applications sent to the Sales team in charge of closing.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in a B2C environment
- A first successful experience in managing a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
