The position

Job description

Today, we are looking for a (Sales / Key) Account Manager in collaboration with the Sales team, ensure client satisfaction and support our strong growth in France today and internationally tomorrow.

You’ll work as a part of a small Sales squad (we call “hives”) comprised of several account managers, with its own portfolio of clients and all aligned (and incentivised!) on common objectives.

Your Missions (if you accept it) :

  • As a unique point of contact to multiple clients, you build a strong, lasting relationship with them
  • Onboard new users and help them use our platform perfectly
  • Act as a commercial account manager develop your accounts by generating meeting and new missions
  • Reach your business target
  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the hive to generate upsell from existing users and find new ones
  • Regularly keep our clients up to date with our new functionalities
  • Gather clients feedback in order to feed our Product team with features and improve their experience on the platform with insights and recommendations

Preferred experience

  • Ideally 5 to 7 years minimum in account management experience or similar experience (SII / ESN)
  • Google Suite knowledge
  • Good English Level
  • Team player, farming oriented
