The position

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Support and Maintenance team, your roles will be :

  • Ensure operational follow-up and monitoring of our vehicles in operations using our Fleet- Management, Supervision, Data mining environments, Setup continuous fleet monitoring and reporting in relation with our software teams, to address operational (deployment, support, maintenance) and customer needs (dashboards, KPIs automated reports,..)
  • Interact with operational teams and management to provide statistics, report and track issues, relay customer feedbacks,…
  • Help ensure that EasyMile processes, methods and best practices are followed by our teams and by our customers and partners, in order to ensure the highest level of safety,
  • Help setup and maintain operational follow-up environments (Control Centers) across our business units,our customers’,or partners’ premises,
  • Contribute to processes and best practices continuous improvement and update of appropriate documentation

Preferred experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Master’s degree,
  • Previous experience in the customer support /after sales field would be appreciated,
  • Previous experience in the data mining or big data field would be appreciated,
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (Python) or Database request language (ElasticSearch / Kibana) would be appreciated,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, and reporting ability, Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction Perfect fluency in written and oral English
