Your role
Reporting to the Expansion Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our footprint in the advanced recycled materials market across the United States. This position is key to driving sales growth, securing new partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within strategic sectors such as sporting goods, automotive components, electronics, and energy. Your role is pivotal in navigating the competitive landscape, identifying new opportunities, and successfully closing deals to increase market share and sales revenue.

Your Profile
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or International Business.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development, specializing in complex, high-stakes deals, preferably within the industrial, sporting goods, or mobility sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proficiency in English essential for engaging effectively in the global market.
- An inquisitive nature and unwavering motivation, with a real interest in Fairmat's target markets and a passion for driving sustainable solutions in the advanced materials sector.
- Experience working with Hubspot, Google suite, Slack
