The position

Job description

We have developed a free web app for developers to monitor their GitHub activity (see https://app.gitguardian.com), and we are currently developing an entreprise app for our clients.

Thus the growth hacker intern’s goal is two-sided :

  • create a developer community around our free app
  • help identify qualified B2B leads and contacts

To do so, you will work on the following topics:

Strategic watch

  • Strategical and competitive analysis for the CEO
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies with the CEO and VP of Marketing
  • Identify trends and insights

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Lead Generation: plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
  • Conversion/UX: measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess these against our goals
  • Build an end-to-end Content Marketing Strategy
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Automatisation & Data analysis

  • Set-up process automatisation to hack our acquisition
  • Evaluate user experience across multiple channels and customer interfaces
  • Modelling and ad-hoc analysis

Preferred experience

  • Passionate about the tech sector and eager to thrive in a startup environment. Experience in a tech startup is a plus.
  • A ‘get-things-done’ mindset
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Creative, adaptable and enthusiastic.
  • You are currently studying at a business school. Specialization in digital communication and growth hacking is a huge plus.

  • Specialization in digital communication and growth hacking
  • Experience in a tech startup
  • You have a GitHub account and use it frequently

Fluent in English & French.
