We are looking for a New Business Manager - UK (f/m/x) to join our dynamic New Business team in London.

In this key role, you will be instrumental in leading new business development efforts, becoming the primary point of contact for potential UK clients.

Your strategic approach and dedication will be crucial in identifying and nurturing new relationships, setting the stage for sustained growth and the expansion of Global Savings Group's presence in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maximise new business development efforts in the UK region by being the main point of contact.
  • Seek out and engage with promising retailers in the UK, aiming to expand Global Savings Group's customer base.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive pipeline of potential clients, using various engagement strategies such as email outreach, cold calling, attending industry events, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Build strong relationships with key UK target retailers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our services and solutions can support their business goals.
  • Handle client objections and negotiations to secure the best commercial terms and maximise opportunities across multiple countries.
  • Use a data-driven approach in prospecting efforts, consistently delivering insights and reports to demonstrate the value of our approach.
  • Manage a large volume of weekly inbound interactions with prospective UK retailers, assessing commercial viability and communicating outcomes effectively.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and launch of new UK retailers, ensuring smooth collaboration both with clients and internally.

Your Profile:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, operations, or consulting, ideally in e-commerce or affiliate marketing, though not essential.
  • Proven ability to identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, skilled in initiating outreach and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and excellence in building relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical skills proficient in leveraging data to influence decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker capable of assimilating feedback and adapting strategies, paired with a self-motivated and organised approach to managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable across various modes such as email, phone, video chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Fluent in English, with strong intercultural awareness and adaptability in a dynamic, matrix organisation.
