Responsibilities:
As a Robotics Engineer Intern at Inbolt, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing our robotic capabilities. This role is pivotal in enhancing the compatibility and performance of our robot drivers. You will focus on innovative solutions and technical advancements, contributing directly to our core products.
Investigate and develop path planning algorithms to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our robotic systems.
Convert standard G-code instructions to our proprietary format, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Work on optimizing the performance of our Universal Robot driver to improve overall system reliability and responsiveness.
To achieve this goal, you will :
Explore state-of-the-art techniques in robotics and compile a comprehensive literature review to guide project direction.
Design and develop cutting-edge algorithms, employing robust programming skills and innovative thinking.
Evaluate and benchmark the effectiveness of implemented algorithms, focusing on performance improvements and scalability.
Internship details:
Start date: ASAP.
Length of internship: 4-6 months
Location: Paris. The position will be in our new office 13 rue du 4 Septembre, 75002 Paris.
The internship may lead to a full-time position.
Skills we are looking for:
Python / Java / Networking
Robot programming (Karel, TP, Rapid, URScript) is a plus.
Capacity to handle a good level of code quality and stability
Fluent or at least working-level French and/or English
