Le Wagon is a global leader in immersive tech training. Founded in Paris in 2013, Le Wagon now has campuses in +40 cities across 25 countries, including global tech hubs such as Berlin, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, and São Paulo. Most importantly, Le Wagon is a community of 25k+ graduates from all walks of life, including career changers, digital nomads, and many entrepreneurs - who’ve created 200+ tech startups and raised $1B+ and counting!

We are seeking a highly organized individual to drive community engagement through innovative campaigns. With a sharp focus on KPIs, you’ll lead initiatives that attract applications and enrolments, solidifying Le Wagon’s position as a premier coding bootcamp.

Your Mission :

  • Plan, develop and execute a diverse range of both in-person and digital events, aimed at promoting the campus across the region. A true networker !

  • Lead the creation of engaging content across channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns to generate leads within the target market.

  • Proactively engage with a variety of communities and cultivate strategic partnerships with top tech players. People-centric describes you.

  • Identify and leverage new regional and local sponsorship opportunities and develop effective nurturing strategies. Business development knowledge is ideal.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful execution of global product launches and marketing initiatives within your region.

  • Define marketing budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.


Preferred experience

This is the role for you if:

  • You have a background in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent written & verbal communication.

  • You are based locally and have a passion for contributing to our campus culture and fostering a positive work environment.

  • You have experience in community / business development and event management. Social media expertise is a plus!

  • You are skilled in project management and are result-oriented with the ability to manage independently and collaborate.

  • You are passionate about education and technology, driven by our mission to transform lives.
