MISSIONS

As a B2B Marketing Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our B2B Marketing team, working closely with the Promotion Marketing Manager B2B . Your mission is to accelerate growth in all our markets by managing ManoManoPro's commercial campaigns, leveraging various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our B2B marketing strategy, focusing on Pro customer lifecycle management including activation, retention, and loyalty.

  • Implement multi-channel initiatives aimed at delivering personalized messages to our target audience at the right time,

  • Collaborate with sourcing and communication departments to design and execute weekly commercial operations across multiple channels.

  • Analyze the campaign results and generate reports to provide actionable insights to the team, identifying key areas for improvement.


PROFILE

  • Master 1 or 2 from a Great Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)

  • Experience on a similar job is a plus

  • Creative / Innovative

  • Good digital culture

  • English bilingual

  • 100% customer oriented (or prefer customer centric)

  • Data Driven

  • Able to collaborate with multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment) 

  • Curious, open-minded and willing to learn

  • Audacious and ingenious in your work

  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

  • You test and experiment new solutions in your work
