🔎Context of the role:

Are you an aviation enthusiast with airline experience?

You will work within the Customer Experience team whose mission is to ensure customers are adopting our solutions, are really satisfied and are getting concrete value from our products by reducing their CO2 emissions. You will have the opportunity to embrace the great challenge of making aviation more fuel efficient and greener.

Your passion for aeronautics and your in-depth understanding of both technical aspects and the specific needs of clients, particularly technical pilots/chief pilots, engineers…, are pivotal assets for excelling in this role.

Your mission will go beyond merely being an advisor; you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You will have a profound grasp of the aeronautical industry and flight operations.

Working closely with our clients, you will craft tailored success plans to ensure their objectives are reached, considering their operational experiences and flight-specific requirements.

🏋️‍♂️Activities & Responsibilities:

Based in Toulouse, you’ll leverage your technical expertise in the aeronautical field to:

  • Manage onboarding, training, and support for airline users, ensuring that pilots and operators fully capture the benefits and practical applications of our solutions.

  • Elevate customer adoption and engagement by collaborating closely with pilots, operational, and maintenance teams to optimize the utilization of our products.

  • Carefully monitor airline satisfaction, relying on your technical expertise to swiftly identify and address operational issues, thus ensuring an exceptional level of service.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize airline operations, providing tailored solutions and collaborating closely with pilots and operational teams to enhance efficiency, safety, and punctuality.

Preferred experience

Your ability to comprehend and speak the technical language of pilots and translate this knowledge into practical solutions will be crucial for ensuring client success and satisfaction. You’ll act as the vital link between our innovative technological solutions and the specific needs of the aeronautical industry, serving as an ambassador for operational excellence and continuous improvement for our clients.

This demands a proven passion for aeronautics, strong technical skills, advanced capabilities in understanding and communicating with pilots and operational teams, as well as a constant willingness to engage in continuous improvement based on customer feedback and actual operational data.

🌟Requirements & skills:

  • Aeronautical, flight and airlines operations: performance, regulation, planning.

  • Knowledge in fuel optimization, dispatch, safety, punctuality.

  • Ability to listen to the customers and to identify their needs.

  • Autonomous and rigorous in managing a portfolio of customers.

  • Transverse project management both with customers and internal teams.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and good oral and written French.

✈️Education & experience:

  • Diploma in Aeronautics.

  • +5 years of experience with airline operations or aerospace is mandatory.

  • Previous experience with customers and international exposure.

  • Other languages (Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, etc) appreciated.

  • Private or commercial aircraft pilot license a plus.
