· Develop and implement effective and innovative recruitment strategies for attracting and sourcing high quality candidates.
· Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing.
· Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.
· Interview, screen, and match candidates to our recruitment pipeline.
· Manage full life cycle hiring process with candidates.
· Manage HR projects like employer branding, referral system, training plan and more
At least 2 years experience in recruitment within a fast-paced technology or innovation company. Experience of working in a professional services / consulting company or working for a head-hunting firm is a major plus.
· Ideally, a web developer by training or education.
· Strong expertise technology profiles such as Developer (javascript, Java, IOS, Android, Clojure), Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, UI/UX/CX Designer.
· Strong track record of hiring top talents in this industry.
· Having exposure to an entrepreneurial culture, implementing new ideas and bringing innovative solutions to the business.
· Ability to influence practice leaders and senior management and build trust.
· Great sense of humour, fun to work with and team spirit oriented
