Your missions 🏀

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your role is to generate a maximum of sales opportunities for the Sales team by identifying, contacting and qualifying prospects. You will have a direct contribution to PandaScore’s expansion. You will:

  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline

  • Tailor solutions to address prospect needs effectively

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers and influential individuals to accelerate the sales process

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to meet monthly goals

  • Maintain open communication channels with the Customer Success & Product teams, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

  • Serve as a passionate advocate for esports within the industry, influencing decision-makers and driving adoption.


Preferred experience

Given the unique nature of the esports industry, we’re seeking an individual who is fearless, autonomous, and proactive, with a keen interest in complex enterprise sales and the political landscape. You’ll need to rapidly build a network and excel in the following areas:

  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in multiple languages

  • Minimum of 5y of experience in B2B sales/business development within high-tech/emerging technology or complex business sectors (Bonus points if you have experience in the betting industry.)

  • Proven track record of success in long-cycle sales campaigns within fast-paced and competitive markets

  • A strong drive to elevate esports betting to the same level as traditional sports.

  • Ability to leverage contacts within organizations to advance and close deals effectively.
