What you'll do & learn📖

In a context of growth, as a Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for

  • Negociate deals with relevant partners to conquer new markets and sign new dream logos for Pelico
  • Generating revenue through partner deals for existing partners and help build viral success stories for our brand and our partner channel
  • Unlock new logos and sign new accounts for Pelico (either through partner channel or helping the sales team with partner capabilities)
  • Build the Roadmap / Staffing plan for partner team and partners channels (partners by territory, industry vertical etc…)
  • Map the Buyer Journey and build the corresponding Partner Sales enablement material
  • Design & deploy growth plans with the go-to-market teams (support the team operationally, Analyze sales activity & Cv. Rates...)

What you embody 🎯

  • Graduated from Business or Engineering school
  • Business background associated to a hands-on experience gained in fast-paced environment ( start-up / strategy consulting / VC Fund...)
  • Keep cool in any situation, good pressure management
  • Empathy, diplomacy and a yet of self-confidence to drive projects
  • Impact & ROI oriented on your way of working and on the way your federate people
  • Team player and comfortable working with others
  • Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
  • Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
  • Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
