The position

Job description

At Groupe level, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Process Manager to oversee and optimize our financial processes worldwide. The Finance Process Manager will be responsible for analyzing current financial practices and push for harmonization and improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of process improvement.

Attached to the Groupe Finance Transformation Director, your main goal will be to:

  • Analyze existing financial processes and identify harmonization and improvement
  • Ensure all financial processes are documented in a global tool to ensure consistency and accessibility
  • Lead change management to ensure smooth transitions: communicating changes and managing stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders for implementation especially Financial Systems and IT
  • Define key performance indicators with the relevant stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of financial processes
  • Continuously monitor KPI/processes and ensure any issues are escalated in due time and to the right audience
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit & Compliance to ensure process complies with internal policies, external regulations, and standards
  • Communicate the process and provide training as needed
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of the finance process to Groupe Management
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance process management

Preferred experience

  • 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferably in large corporation, with at least 2 years in process management.
  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management
  • Preferred knowledge of BPM and skilled in diagramming application (such as MS Visio or Signavio)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in SAP & PowerBi would be appreciated
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English & French

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international and dynamic environment
