The position

Job description

You will create designs that effectively communicate the message and goals of the campaign while also resonating with the target audience. This may include creating layouts, typography, illustrations, and infographics. Additionally, you may create and maintain design guidelines, oversee production and ensure that designs are technically and visually accurate, as well as ensuring that the designs are delivered on time.

You will report to the Creative Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with art directors and creative leads to develop client assets and contribute to the agency's business development,
  • Actively contribute to positioning our clients in the market by ensuring consistent visual communication and develop health communication support for HCP and consumers,
  • Apply in-depth understanding of healthcare industry nuances to create visually relevant assets.

Preferred experience

Desired skills and experience:

  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools, Print and digital. Particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, IA tools: Wally, Midjourney, stable diffusion, etc.),
  • In-depth knowledge of visual design principles and advertising market trends (print, social, event and digital),
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to innovate,
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams,
  • Efficient time and priority management to meet deadlines,
  • Fluent in French; professional English.
