Join our tech team in Bucharest as a QA Automation Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive test plan for DealCertify Web.

• Developing end-to-end tests for DealCertify Web.

• Architecting and implementing the overall QA strategy for Recommerce.

• Providing training in code automation to our actual QA Tester.

• Establish our private cloud for mobile testing with a focus on defect detection.

Collaborating closely with the Tech Lead in Bucharest, you will receive technical support and gain insights into the unique business challenges of Recommerce. In this phase of expansion, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, actively contributing to refining systems, enhancing workflows, elevating code quality, optimizing efficiency, all aimed at fostering innovation in our product and facilitating our continued growth.

Product features are overseen by a Product Owner responsible for planning and prioritizing team tasks through agile ceremonies, specifically using the Scrum framework.

Our solutions are crafted using Symfony, API Platform, Serverless+Python and VueJS. Our development process unfolds within a dockerized environment, seamlessly transitioning from development to production on AWS.

Regarding QA, currently, backend developers are executing end-to-end tests on top of the APIs using PHPUnit in conjunction with Symfony/Zend. Frontend developers, on the other hand, are implementing end-to-end tests utilizing Cypress. Meanwhile, the QA tester is employing TestComplete for his end-to-end testing processes. Additionally, we leverage Browserstack for issue discovery. We’ve also conducted experiments in API fuzzy testing, employing “cats”.
