What will you do ? ✍️

• Own backend research and implementation for data-backed product features, including research on powerful database models and creation of efficient algorithms (with a focus on high ROI solutions), in order to support product automation features (such as auto-categorization of payments)
• Build data ingestion and transformation processes (ETL) to create a highly leverageable data warehouse and to facilitate business intelligence analyses.
• Own implementation of a robust and scalable user behavior tracking infrastructure inside our application. Participate actively in enriching our tracking plan to ensure full understanding of users’ and prospects’ journey.

• Vizualisation tool: Redash, Google Sheets
• Tracking Hub / Library: Segment
• App Backend: Node.js
• App Frontend: Backbone.js but we are switching to React

We are looking for a talented and passionate engineer to help us with all our backend data handling. If you have a strong taste for manipulating data and architecturing a whole data system, along with a strong problem-solving mindset, this job may well be for you ! Having a 1st work experience, especially in start-ups, is a plus ;)

• Strong experience in SQL, Python and Javascript
• Experience with design of APIs
• Experience with design of data flows
• Experience with Node.js is a plus
• Knowledge in algorithmic and machine learning is a plus
• Knowledge in distributed computation frameworks is a plus
