The position

Job description

As a Product Manager (Intern) at TapNation, you will:

  • Collaborate and be the main point of contact with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and marketers, to craft and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our internally produced games (including Solitaire & Card games)

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making, prioritizing features based on player feedback, market analysis, and business metrics.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure game performance and user engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and content, enhancing the overall player experience.

  • Manage in-game economy, including pricing, virtual goods, and monetization strategies tailored for Solitaire & Card games.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics, ensuring our Solitaire & Card games remain at the forefront of innovation.

  • Advocate for players, ensuring that user feedback is an integral part of the game development process.


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience in product management, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Ideal if experienced in A/B testing, analytics, and mobile metrics.

  • Understanding of mobile game mechanics, monetization strategies, and user experience design.

  • Exceptional project management abilities and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations.
