We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and talented Marketing specialist to help us scale our business. Our core product is OdySight, the world’s first mobile app for the remote monitoring of vision supported by a national healthcare system. OdySight is a digital medical device (CE mark, class I) available on prescription only, that allows patients affected by eye conditions to do medical tests at home. Results are automatically sent to the ophthalmologist, allowing a precise and regular monitoring. Aside from the clinically-validated tests, OdySight offers a gamified experience to foster long-term patient engagement, which is key for the monitoring of chronic eye conditions. Indeed, puzzles are unlocked everytime a patient does their test. Key facts about OdySight :

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development you will deal with a wide range of critical aspects of the company.
As Marketing Manager, your tasks will include:
Marketing:
Strongly collaborate to the strategic plan process to build a strong and insights-based strategy to reinforce our positioning and competitiveness
Contribute to delivering an impactful, differentiated, omnichannel campaigns, providing assets to the Business Performance Team, to the French and International field forces who ensure the co-promotion of OdySight and to wider audiences (healthcare professionnals and patients)
Ensure a flawless implementation of campaigns, monitor impact and guarantee a close loop interaction with sales force from training to feedback.
Lead webmarketing efforts through website improvements and other online initiatives to improve conversion and retention of users (physicians & patients), in particular by creating tailored content
Oversee all online & offline marketing material from idea to shipping (newsletter, e-mailing campaigns, videos, flyers, posters, social media posts etc.)
Track and Monitor all online & offline marketing material KPIs
Prepare major start-up events and medical congresses (VivaTech, Mobile World Congress, Future4Care, SFO, etc)
Constantly improve our Marketing processes
Contribute to the deployment of new branding in close cooperation with the Brand & Com team
Communication:
Lead Tilak’s community through all relevant social media channels for B2B (Linkedin) and B2C (Facebook and Instagram), in close collaboration with the Brand & Com team
Ensure regular Tilak content is created and communicated to maximize our visibility and help position our company as a healthtech leader, while staying true to our fresh tone of voice (our motto is “You play, we care”)
Push Tilak’s content to improve our reach
Lead the relationship with our Press Relations agency to write regular press releases and organize press conferences
Lead the internal Tilak newsletter in cooperation with the Chief Staff Officer to guarantee a seamless communication with other teams
Patient Community Management
Lead the development of a patient community to reinforce the link with our end-users and continuously improve our understanding of their needs
Seek and establish relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups in vision care
Management
Sit at the Steering Committee with other managers to represent the Marketing team
Be the key Marketing point of contact for other teams (Regulatory, Production, Medical etc.)
Manage a direct report (apprentice), including daily operations, development plan, feedback and coaching, and contribute to the recruitment process of the team
