Job description

This position is for a forward-thinking, analytically minded PPC leader with a successful track record of driving an international PPC team in a B2C business.

Reporting directly to the Director of Performance Marketing, you’re responsible and confident in leading large scale PPC accounts across multiple geographies. This position drives effective short and long-term profitable growth against forecast and 3YP targets.

Responsibilities

As a Senior PPC Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of and drive forward the PPC roadmap, ensuring it complements the overall company strategy.

  • Own the OKRs across the PPC channel: New Customer value, Existing customer value, ROAS, with a focus on building a world class PPC machine.

  • Manage overall PPC efficiency through effective budget allocation and channel optimization (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)

  • Collaborate tirelessly with data science and other cross functional teams to improve automation and PPC bidding amongst other things.

  • Audit PPC accounts to find gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources and PPC budget to ensure outcomes that deliver against three-year plan goals.

  • Optimize key user journeys & touchpoints for both new customer acquisition and retention.

  • Ensure the continuous improvement of tools and processes for performance monitoring, alerting, forecasting, and budget control.

  • Own and develop key partnerships with third parties (Google & Microsoft).

  • Line managing one PPC Executive, responsible for delivering growth of all customer types across multiple markets.

Preferred experience

  • Proven PPC experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2C/D2C marketing expertise and leadership, ideally in scale-ups with high growth trajectories.

  • Deep knowledge in the development and implementation of data to drive conversion, LTV and ROAS improvements.

  • Track record of designing and owning an end to end PPC strategy, working hand in hand with Martech, Data Science and Product teams to ensure success.

  • Experience in digital ecosystems e.g., DSPs, DMPs, third-party data providers; as well as driving and measuring performance e.g., lookalike models, last-click vs multi-touch attribution models.

  • Stay up to date to the PPC industry changes and tactics

  • Previous experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Experience presenting to C Level leaders, as well as internal and external audiences.

  • Experience in developing scripts is welcome

  • Proficiency in Italian, Spanish or French is also welcome.
