The position

Job description

Valiantys is looking for a highly motivated Revenue Management Licenses Coordinator based in Senegal to join our team. Reporting to the Licenses Business Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on managing all aspects of licensing, from accurate quoting and smooth transactions to overseeing the entire lifecycle from order to delivery. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers within the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring successful license transactions and renewals.

Things you'll be working on

Operational and deal regulation

- Manage ticketing from order to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

- Check and monitor profit margins to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.

- Verify the accuracy of Atlassian quotes and their validity, making adjustments when necessary.

- Handle modifications to quotes and ensure prompt payment processing to facilitate timely delivery.

- Produce clear and accurate invoices and credit notes, maintaining transparency in financial transactions and making sure invoices accurately reflect the proposal.

- Ensure warrant data accuracy

Sales team support

- Establish the invoices

Stakeholders relationship

- Main focal point for customers with regards to licences and licence renewals

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

- Foster strong relationships with suppliers (Atlassian and all the various actors of the Atlassian ecosystem).

What you need to be successful

You have at least a 2 years degree in sales administration, accounting or international business, and a first year experience in service and/or administration sales administration, customer/sales accounting, or  customer relationship management.

You have a good knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM and ERP tools, and finance tools. 

Familiarity with Atlassian products and services would be the icing on the cake!

And you have ... 

Excellent communication skills in English and French (you need to be fluent with a C1/C2 level).

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
